Refund & cancellation policy

Website builds

Website projects are billed in two payments: a 50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% when the site launches.

• Design guarantee. If you are not happy with the design before launch, tell us and we will refund your deposit in full. No further payment is due.
• Once you approve the design and the site launches, the build fee is non-refundable.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing before it starts.

Care plans

• Care plans are billed monthly and are month to month, with no long-term contract.
• You can cancel anytime by email or phone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not issue refunds for partial months.
• If you cancel, we help you move your site, content and domain to you or your new provider.
