Terms of service

These terms apply to website design, development and care plan services provided by Cedar Digital (“we”, “us”) to our clients (“you”). Each project also has a written quote that sets out its scope and price.

Services and pricing

Prices on this site are starting points. Your price is confirmed in a written quote before any work begins. Payment terms are described in our refund & cancellation policy.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you provide, such as text, photos and logos, and for having the right to use it. We may suggest edits, but you approve what is published.

Ownership

Once your build is paid in full, the website's design and content are yours, and your domain is registered in your name. We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Care plans

Care plans cover hosting, SSL, security updates, uptime monitoring and small content edits. We aim to keep your site available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party providers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
